My specialties are working with people struggling with borderline personality disorder and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In addition, I work with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, alcohol and substance use, and LGBTQ+ struggles.

Individual 60 minute: $180

I am currently not in-network with private insurers or Medicaid/Medicare. To offset this, in specific instances I can provide scholarships when available.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I operate using several modalities. These include Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, DBT, and ACT.

Being from a marginalized community can act as a deterrent from seeking treatment. My office is a safe space for everyone. I serve all communities, but I am allied with the following communities: Black, Latino, Asian, LGBTQ+, Sex Workers, Non-monogamous and Polyamorous.

Online counseling is just as effective as in-person counseling. Whether or not to utilize it comes down to personal preference. That said, the convenience of meeting online can’t be beat. People who live in remote areas or without access to transportation might find online sessions to be ideal.

This is a sensitive question that only you can answer. Many women who have been victimized had male perpetrators, and therefore don’t feel safe working with a male therapist. However, working with a male therapist in a safe environment can act as a healthy reintroduction to the male presence.
